This all-level vinyasa class strikes a balance between gentle and vigorous, providing a lively yet approachable practice. You’ll move through breath-guided sequences that generate warmth, strength, and flexibility—without the intensity of a power class. In addition to flowing movements, this class includes intentional stretching to release tension, enhance mobility, and leave you feeling open and refreshed. With creative transitions, alignment-focused movement, and moments of stillness to reset and recharge, Flow & Stretch Together will leave you feeling balanced, centered, and energized.
