This is a low-impact/no-impact class that improves flexibility, muscle tone, and body awareness. Pilates is known for its benefits in improving core strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. We will use the wall as a prop to perform standing, seating, and supine Pilates movements. Wall Pilates is suitable for participants of all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Bring your yoga mat!
